2022年8月13日，一部以中华传统文化重要组成分支——中医药为核心的6集国潮中医文化系列纪录片《杏林医者》即将登陆北京广播电视台生活频道中心晚黄金档，沉浸式带领观者体悟中医之美。作为大型医学人文纪录片《医者》栏目的原班人马，主创团队全新起航，聚焦国宝级大家并置身于中医药的奥妙精髓和悠远历史中，以纪录片艺术形式将传统文化引入叙事，生动揭示祖国医学发展内部规律和文明走向，并首度尝试以医述史、以人入史，将拍摄人物、中医流派、知识考古、创新发展交织融合，完成了对传统医学文化的一次探寻。
